OMG pip there is alot going on in your chart, i hope you know what to do with all that LOL i try to keep it simple then you can see a clear view, have you ever stripped the chart back just to s/r and 1 ema and 1 sma ??

well...on 4 hrs tf chart we still on up trend..in my opp its will need to close below 1.613/2 for start to build the down trend again

200sma still not yet had broken down move still not in play we have levels to break.

before usdx dont react in my opinion cable will be gaining momentum to the upside, maybe 1.65 will be possible in january,
England Central Bank was very Bullish today talking about QE is not needed anymore and with such little liquidity cable is still rising.

also very true, the major currency with the weakest fundamental support in the world is gbp, cable is a big bubble but who cares, market dont trade that.
gbp is badass.

I think the next few days will tell us a lot. A week or so ago a guy, I believe his name was veer, came here and warned that "London desk" was going to start shorting cable. The first day after he said that we went higher. But since then, every day during London open, w have gone lower.

Are they done selling? Have they taken profits and now its back up again? I think us QE news and what happens over the next few London sessions will be informative.

Probably best to be selling rallies on GU at this point, but yeah tomorrow FOMC will be huge.

Would look for it to hit bottom of this channel on daily chart sometime soon if tomorrow isn't a huge up day

The pair continued to decline.
However, this reduction presumably was due to the formation of a wave 5 of [1], the emerging downward momentum.
Thus, in the near future we presumably expect corrective gains couples by the development of wave [2].

Pound Dollar currency pair continues to develop the structure of growth for mining 1.6400. After completion of work on this goal and give an estimate of the resultant structure for the development of a more significant correction structure, up-to-slab level 1.6070. And when you upgrade highs this structure will consider continued wave of growth for mining 1.7150.

I think we can break down through that if the Fed Tapers.

However, this is my prediction for tomorrow.

1) The Fed announces a Taper and the Market moves down triple digits and the USD gains sudden strength.
2) Then the fine print is read and the Fed says, "We're going to end printing 85 billion a month. Now we will print 84,999,999,999.00 a month. Then the tanking market and the strengthening USD reverse.
3) Complaints of manipulation from those who gambled and didn't stay out of the market fill up message boards everywhere.
