OK so cable was 2.9 pips in the green at the current high (on my price feed), on the YEARLY candle (so far). Assuming it doesn't crash between now and the end of the year (which I would like), we are going to be left with one hell of a yearly hammer aren't we?

Would that mean something like a 50% retrace (to 1.55 or so) and then some proper new highs next year?

What do you think?

Crazy gu continues( reached targets & so some 50 pips more to halt if ) & usd still fighting for the survival but not concerned about this week , anxious about gold actually as playing bottom areas & expecting good ranging for long time & so not thinking about bull there yet & as a whole in other pairs also jump to play in the absolute rally possible.Either Play 1200 & down with a range down of the last leg down still expecting some how ( ok so far & can be taken as reached this swing already to 1225) or bounce to 1300/13 with early signal with breaks 1262+79 to 1423 to 1488 breaks when will start the bounce as fast move to !!
anyway after Monday no action taken & sleeping so far & hope next week may do some & still to wait for more for another good swings in the play . ranging if also welcome scalping but all risky.

What I see as a potential for the CABLE: Of course, the GBP has been very strong. Yet, there is a potential of the markets getting turned upside down due to all of the frothiness. After the holidays.... days to weeks out from here, the reality will hit the fan. Traders will be sportin' a whole new look.
