After eating the bitter pill yesterday with my shorts closed at s/l 1.62303 (max bid was 1.62302 + 0.1 pip spread on pepperstone) I decided that from now on I shall be open to sometimes long eur & gbp too

Cable Daily

Break of range (At last)! Support 1.6270 has just begun to hold... This open swing targets 1.660 (will take a while) and 1.675 and the alternates 1.606 & 1.576
MA's still above the 200 day & 50 day averages.

No specific divergences or patterns. I have target hit @ 1.6134 wait and see.

Market Maker talking later... (He's still going to say the same) careful.

Carney gonna sink GU tonight giving us a double top while EU sells off for a bit as well?

Would be nice! Maybe not though, trending to the upside very strongly lately.

can't rule out what you said.. Carney though hopeful of a strong recovery in UK economy is a bit dovish in his statements recently..

Hello all thread readers,

Happy Thanksgiving to any U.s folks here.

Price is challenging very top of that former swing hi from December 2012 that goes to 6351 - this after the pullback from yesterday's hi found fresh support at the breeched 6256/59 former range high on the daily. Daily R1 pivot is at the current hi.

Bulls seems strong - can they make a break over this swing hi ?....low volume possible low liquidity too today - may lead to small pip range today and/or exaggerated moves , particularly during European session ?

More bears have thrown the towel in on trade explorer - lots short down to 72% !

Move up has been on low volume so far this week.

Huge tick volume at the highs at 1.6345. Possible turning point sl not hit, yet!

1.6295 is support here. A break below and then we still have more support at 1.6260 and again even stronger at 1.6240.
For resistance we have 1.6345 and then after that it is clear until 1.6450.

So until price gets back below 1.6240, it's a tough call for bears. Maybe Carney can help it along later today.

Probably bears will take control for some time. But overall bulls control the market. Let's see.
