I don't think it will go that far .64 or .65 by the end of the month even if it is 1%. On the other hand NFP of November was way too good, so a bad one on December (i.e. anything below 200) might help it go that far up. My margin call will be at about 1.80 so I am currently fine

i have been trying to inform people of these ramp ups in eurusd and gbpusd for some time now!

takiing off half of my gbpusd long here..

PipTrapper, my post was not about bulls right bears wrong, it was just about trying to find another bull and maybe having a little conversation about what would be a nice target for a medium-term swing trade (i pointed out 1.65 as point i'm looking).

Just that, then the fact that many like you are bearish (somebody is in the red, great to see you are not risking), that's perfectly fine.
We know anything can happen, i use to trade with the trend as i find this way of trading more safe and profitable, however tops and bottoms do happen, so much respect to those who try to pick them (i'm one of these too, but on gbpusd not just yet time to pick tops for me, i will eventually start looking for take profits only after january high will be reached).

Don't look for shorts till Monday. Let the sharks eat up all the little minnows that are swimming South first.
By Monday there will be new minnows swimming north and the sharks will start swimming south.

If you and I as minnows are to survive, we must stay behind the sharks and not in front of them.
