Noob question: Is there somewhere I can monitor (in real time) Copper, CAT, USDX etc in a format similar to MT4 without having to front any deposit capital? My broker doesn't offer anything besides gold/oil/silver. I am aware of the difference between FX and commodities/stocks/etc. -- I did preface this by stating it was a Noob question right?

well I've talked with some bright traders and they all saw it comming, they knew it was going to happen, timming was the only thing lacking.
And by the way at the end they did put out research that they knew it was a lie only to have a chance to dump worthless assets, they themselfs knew they were going under at the end so they tried very hard to also minimize the loss. It doesn't mean that every research is just bullshit, they actually build valid points, but you have to think for yourself. And its good to learn also because they dumb it down if you are new to it.

Anyway on another note, I want to say that there is nothing in finance that is complicated, and I mean nothing, 0.
I know that you probably think that CDO^2 and other more structured producs is "wow such hardcore, many complex". No, its actually very simple and straightforward.

that's hard core in a raw materials economy.. cat had a b/o. one could risk 1.55 $ atm with the 84.60 stop. and shoot for 12$.. 93.3x..atm at 84.15, not my thing. too many mixed signals.

lets see which bank takes this out. I am also curious to know how low gold goes. imho there is going to be one hell of a short squeeze in gold which may take it to 1450

if they all saw it coming why did they all get screwed in 2008. lets face it had it not been for the bailout money many of them would have been out of business

Morning.. IMO you're making a generalized conclusion based on some random forum sampling of late to the party Jonnys..
The majority are behind the curve & has an uncanny instinct to fight the trend while carrying underwater possies, and whenever the market answer their prayers with a correction, some will jump up & down in glee with a collective sigh of relief.. even to the point of calling everyone in the forum "1.40 retail morons"..
