Bullish? I don't think so. I just drew possible long classic earlier, because I saw there high activity. But if you look at H4 and 1D, you see that there is some serious weakness.

I agree with you.

Look at the Day chart. This is classic Pump & Dump price action. I have been posting for over two weeks a H4 "Distribution" chart which folks might have discounted once the MMs rammed the price back up, but that ramming back up of the price is confirmation of the Distribution! Note the potential H&S formation that remains. Is it any wonder the big banks keep supporting the price and placing sell orders up high for the market makers to manipulate the price back up to? Commissions!!!! The big banks are greedy for high priced shorts and the lackey market makers are their lap dogs, greedy for commissions! Is it any wonder the price keeps going back up?

A rising price does not automatically translate to bullishness. A rising price can be the result of market makers pushing up prices again to fill new short orders!

Also, note that the H4 Dragon and Trend line could be rolling over again, at lower levels than before,.....not very bullish at all!

Pairs are not trending all the time..

They will only trends only when much of the whipping is done and when most unexpected..

Hi Everybody

I am very fortunate to have come across this forum and I believe this forum will be of great help to my trading career.

I have read through the first 49 pages and some summary made available.

For now, I believe I should be able to trade Sonic System ( I mean the Classic ) based on the Dragon and the Trend line.

But I found it difficult to understand how to trade the scout method. My major problem is how to identify the major functions of some candle colours included in my chart.

What are the function of the following candle and how it affect my trading decision.

  1. The blue candle
  2. the purple candle
  3. the green candle and
  4. the red candle

Sonic R. System VSA


VSA more than a simple combination of color histogram display that uses blue bars to display the amount of growing above the average for the last 10 periods of 38% or more, and using red and green bars to show the " bursts of institutional activity," when there are bullish or bearish candle having the highest rate * amount of work spread over the last 20 bars.

Blue bars just reported "business goes up ." Green / red bars note that " institutional trade" including higher speed. These green / red bars may appear near the beginning of the movement , so it is possible Noting movement in the making. However , if the result of the movement was very mediocre , ending shortly after these bars, then these bars can celebrate both the beginning and the end , sometimes as a final spurt of activity, and, possibly, before reversing . These green / red bars also appear during the movement , noting such a way that the movement comes to an end , or paused .

The study of this is not the basis for a system of trade Sonic R. However, if the current setting of Sonic R. is in the same direction as the direction of the volume , then it can add confidence that the installation work successfully . Also, if you are trading a system of Sonic R. and suddenly there was a green or red bar , especially if the volume bar is extremely long , it must be for you an alarm that perhaps the movement is nearing completion.

Conclusions determined by analyzing the relationship between price and volume may not be completely accurate. On the one hand , the volume of the forex is just the number of transactions on the server of your broker , it is not the total number of transactions committed in the foreign exchange market in the world. On the other hand, and more important , trading unit " big money " can deploy the price of " pyatochk'e " and send away in the opposite direction. And they can do so at any time , no matter what any kind of technical analysis "speaks" to you!
