Shit like this is a danger to this place. Yeah, nobody should be taking trades based on somebody elses positions...but is that what happens?

To whom it may concern,

You are not here to defeat the market, you are here to defeat yourself. You are the wild angry beast that must be tamed, not the charts, not the dirty stinking no good lying fundamentals, and not the indecipherable gobbledygook cryptic and mostly asinine things we sometimes refer to as technical analysis. Your greed and your fear will take away from you everything and leave you with nothing. Even if you manage to defeat those demons, pride and shame are their tag team partners. The goal is purity. If you can purify yourself on this battlefield and stand indifferent to losses or gains. The world will lay itself at your feet.

It concerns me but articulated beyond my literacy level. Let me know if I understood this and also do you concur with the addition I am about to make to the above.

Step 1. Consistently making profit from currency trading requires thinking in terms of probablities by accepting the fact that a trade will either generate profit or result in a loss. In other words, no one can be right or wrong all the time, except KillerWhale.

Step 2. Using the information and analysis, both fundamental and technical, one should develop a method that has reasonable chance of generating net profit over certain number of trades. Combine this with money management techniques to limit the drawdown.

Step 3. Read your above post
