I bought some more at 1.23 and then a bigger chunk at 1.228

Interesting Price Action today. We often see a rise when price has dropped low enough to pick up some big buy orders. 1.228 has provided support many times before.

Some talk of negative rates or raising the floor would be nice. Come on Thomas you know it makes sense.

I think there was a lot of position with teh following parameter:

- bought at 1,2250-1,2380
- target 1,26-1,27 if taper starting
- stop between 1,2250-1,23

We need to likvidate all these positions &

We need a fresh buyers at 1,22-1,2250 level to again up.

It may take some days

a close below the daily 200 thats held price up since the beginning of the year wouldnt be very good.

as i have posted before every bounce from it has been weaker and weaker so i wouldnt be surprised if it does break.

The weekly bollinger band has opened downwards now so its looking bearish.

Nothing strange had been done in the market from what I stated a week ago so far.
When price broke 1.2350s, long traders must had waited for 1.2330s to Long and short traders to short.
When the 1.2330s had been broken after many tests, short traders must had gone short to 1.2300s and long traders must had waited for the 1.2300s to long.
When the 1.2300s had been broken long traders must had waited to long on 1.2270s and short traders to short from the 1.2300s that is now the resistance, above there only is to new resistance previous support 1.2330s. Short traders from 1.2300s or shorting now must take profit on the 1.2250s and 1.2235-40 levels and long traders must wait to trade on these levels until something big changes if these levels get broken!!!
Look at your charts, imagine and calculate how many pips you could had done by just following my above few words quoted sentence???.
Can it be explained better than this

I have tried shorting this bad boy but feel nervous not following the trend. Maybe once I've unloader these longs I'll have a rethink.

Hi Brinks hmmm I would be really suprised (and excited to add more longs). after 1,2217? -> 1,2 for another one year again + back to deflation?
It would mean 0,9-0,88 for USDCHF, maybe not that "good job Thomas" like now for Jordan

this area now must hold or there is no reason not to head down to 1.22170 area

My 1.228 chunk was broken down into 2. Some at 1.2285 and some at 1.228. Due to all this talk of heading South I adjusted my Stop on the 1.2285 chunk to BE. This just got hit and therefore my position size has shrunk slightly. Price will probably head North now.
