Trading Made Simple

Had 2 trades yesterday, ej at breakeven and u/c for 30 pips. Missed Nzd/usd and I'm pissed, what an obvious trade there yesterday. Today I see nothing so far but I'm eyeing GBP/CAD, went up touched resistance and is making an inverted hammer H1 chart. Can get away with 20 pip sl with 40+ TP.

Hello everyone , I am new to forex and trading , find out about TMS couples of months back(3 months i guess) since then reading and learning and being silent,,
still in process of reading the whole thread still 300+ pages (900 still to read) but its worth it.

hey emmanuel7788 after reading your posts regarding PA specifically Mother Candles , I took one trade this morning (after London open ) in E/J 1H

Please look at my charts and criticize me ,
I took this trade bcause of TDI and PA (Mother candle) , It was a candle no.1

I think i exited prematurely i should hav hold on to it because of TDI didnt give any sell signal , though i exited because i thought its enough pips .... what would any senior specially emmanuel7788 would do ???

That's very well done....

Now you learned one PA trading using Master Candle breakout and with TDI confirmation.

The next thing is to manage trades to maximum profits using R-Multiple method.

This EJ 4H trade has good potential to break lower. Remember the Day Inside Bar and that H4 MC which failed to break upwards.

When you can do 100 of such PA trades with an overall win of 2.3R, I will invite you to join my live trading room. That's is my promise.

Remember, PATIENCE is very important when we want to pick only the A+++ trade setups. Develop your 'third eye' to read PA. Its up there.

GBPCAD has a H4 Inside Bar breakout potential within a Master Candle. Did you see that?
That would easily give a 2R trade plus some bonus when MC breakout.

so folks, how do you look for consolidation?

Inside Bar....
Master Candle ....

are just 2 types of Candlestick pattern which show market consolidation....

then look for Supp/Res ... that easy just use the real price bar OHLC they are all there on our charts. Just don't let the APB/HA hide them.

How many good trades do you need in one week of 5 trading days?
How about 5 trades per week, 3 wins and 2 losses, Each win is 2Rs and each loss is -1R.

I'll give it a try, I see a Triple Inside Bar within a Mastercandle, and offcourse I want to learn what's the next most powerful pattern......

Hi atiq84: I've been reading this thread with great interest too. Nice trade you spotted there. I do like TDI only as a confirmation as Emmanuel said because the candle formations are most important. I really like your clean chart. What's the open/close indicator that you are using on the chart? Please let me know.... there are too many out there and I like this simple one.
