It seems to me there is a danger building of a blow-off top/bottom on various instruments, based on positioning in the expectation of tapering.
No matter what is announced, it could be seen as an excuse to ramp $ crosses and risk assets to silly levels, causing a short squeeze on unfortunately over-positioned traders operating within tight margins.
My advice (for myself, as much as for anyone else) is to keep plenty of ammo ready. We know the $ is going up, and EURUSD is going down; we just don't know how far they're going to push it beforehand...maybe 133, maybe 134, who knows, before it turns tail for 1.30. Similarly ES could be pumped eg to 1720, crude back up to 110 and gold to 1420; all would present decent shorting opportunities.
Just a thought, keep some spare cash for some very cheap $ cross opportunities right at the beginning of a decent up-leg, just in case they present themselves; that's my plan anyway.

Hi TT,
Yes, she cleans well.
Looking at potential for the monthly Euro after the TL retest and lack of any real current selling pressure on Cable after its weekly TL retest last month, I'm still looking up at the moment.

Retest of weekly 200ema confluence has my curious interest now with my final open trade.

Funny you wrote about this.I have been busy picking up extra shifts at work so I could add more funds to my accounts for exactly the same reasons you mentioned.

Gold , eurgbp,euraud,gbpaud,have more correction chances before further down ,even audusd up but limited or almost no in gu specially without breaking 5751 next if again try & eu 3298 .and again in eu even breaks 3298 to up 3368-3414 all ok for the pullback to down.
That is critical for gu specially , breaks 5751 or not , if breaks then next target will be fixed 5810 to 5878 before correction down to up again.

Gold still not broken 1347 for the bear signal . Perhaps today London open & next turmoils can give the signal next .Take care .

Another bullish bodied daily candle yesterday the 5744 hi coming at 2nd 1/2 of that previous daily/weekly/minor monthgly swing hi at the monthly descending t/line and 200 sma on the weekly. Asian session was bearish after an attempt on the previous 1hr/minor 4hr swing hi zone created by yesterday's hi (co-existant with that longer t/f swing hi zone,) with a bounce up in early London off the previous 4hr swing hi zone (prev resistance). T/f's 1hr 4hr and daily remain in general opa uptrends with weekly looking bullish too within that 5751-4811 range. 68% of traders / 85% of lots per the trade explorer here short !!

Some Uk data at 0930am London.
