AUS_Sep the Son of Bitch i was Hold inDIP side and move ZiqZaq But now Running up n up even dont move 50 pips down side Finally I bok my Lose its BAD of the year for me B cz i didnt lost my money as much as 2day i closed my trade with lose ....................... >_< Big Big Lose

Consensus has dramatically reversed in the last week or so with what was another rate cut early next year to now being a rate increase mid-late next year. People are sorely mistaken about our RBA. They started cutting way too late so they have been playing catchup. The likelihood is that the next move will be up people.

But that is only temporary. Look at the US dollar. Up big in relative terms since the meltdown given near zero rates.

The RBA can cut rates. Unfortunately, currency is traded on the open market that will always set the price over the long term.

It's like blaming the president because oil prices are so high. He can aim to control it with policies or whatever, but in the end markets control it the direction.

Sorry to hear. Why so much risk on the shortside (any side for that matter)
It makes me scratch my head cause I can actually feel the emotion in peoples words, the despair because they lose so much.

if broke 9330 next target 9484 - 9500 but before that happens I think that will be flat correction

I was with short from 9104/ 8665 and AUS movement was rang but last week after holding near 89xx to 88xx aus kick Up
and also CAD_sep move up side and then my bad day start >_< i bok my big lose which i didnt got b4 .. but any way its a part of Buz i hope i will recover it soon may b next week

aud on profit-taking atm... with the retracement break below 9230 puts in at risk of approaching 9180 and if broken down will likely put it on reversal mode with the inital support at 9120..

interesting thread. So Spartan you are Aussie? You have your own analysis on why it may go up the skies and I respect that... in the end the mk will do what the mk will do right?

I wonder if you guys know a better way of getting to actually listen to the FX news rather than clicking F5 on FF? I see other traders had issues as wel of getting the values too late....

I see support @.9206, then bounce up. (if this support is broken on H4 we go down for at least 50pips imo)

The "Old Forex Pro's" favorite moving average:

Guys, pull up the 60min and daily charts right now at 3:21am on 9/10/2013 for the aud/usd and Eur/aud. Look at the 72 moving average on the 4 charts. Is it unreal the way price respects that average and it rarely gets "tangled up" with it, known as whipsawing for long. My research shows this avg will produce the highest profit setups of any other avg for 2013. An old man of about 77 who has a piece of a hedge fund gave this to me years ago and I never believed him until now. It actually predicts and then LEADS the way up or down on either the 60 or daily. Why not get confirmation on both? I'd like those of you who are intrigued with this to PM ME AND LET ME KNOW YOUR RESULTS using the system you now have, but with the 72ma as the last qualifier. Meaning: Price doesnt have to be touching anything. It juts has to be on the right side of the 72 to be ok to trade it. And obviously yu can see on the hrly you get plenty of 500 pip runners with this avg. Remember...these 2 time frames only for best results!
