I'm keen to short the Kiwi, but not without a solid signal.....and that won't come unless the Aussie does the same.....lol....so they are both off the table for me today!!

Kiwi, like hard drugs, is something I have never touched. I feel intimidated by it, because my broker is horrible and when there's a little more volatility, my spreads can get VERY high.

Spreads can be a pain in the neck....I pay about 1.4 on the Kiwi

Oh yes. And it makes sense.
So when you see the 5 Min stoch going against, for instance , the 15 Min stoch whilst in OB/OS , re-enter when the 5 Min stoch resumes the same direction as the higher timeframe. The stoch tape is quite handy to see such set-ups; where you may even find the 1Hr deviating from the 4 Hr only to return after London Open.

It works quite well for GU .

I dont want to talk about spreads My broker is ripping me off on most pairs. I pay 3.5 on kiwi, 3 on EJ, GJ is I think 5 etc. And they are not really fixed spreads, sometimes they get as low as 1.5, sometimes they go way higher. I might consider changing brokers one of these days, but can't be bothered to right now. It's not that bad, too.

It's a good way to re-enter on trades, it's what I did on an EJ trade earlier. Do you have any idea why it works specifically well on GU?

Well I won't go as far as saying it works specifically well on GU, its just that GU has a lot of fake outs, so this will keep you on the right side of the trade .

Oh, from that perspective, I get it now, thanks. Yeah I agree. I like using it on EJ, because of the long-lasting trends with many retraces that offer good re-entries.

Hi there

Well, my first weeks trading the Genesis Matrix is going better than I could have even imagined. Hope its not just beginners luck. Had winning trades in EJ and Gold yesterday, both high RR. Today has also been great, had a winner in GU and EA posted below.

I missed the initial entry signal at FO, but caught the 15min signal a bit later, had the stop just behind the small swing high where the signal occurred. Exited when I had a HA candle open just above the 5ema. As a few others have mentioned, exits are probably the hardest part for me. For now I will either exit when I get a HA candle open the other side of the MA or if I'm brave enough wait for a signal in the opposite direction. Think my entry ticked all the boxes, any comments welcome.

I know its early days for me with this system, but it feels such a relief to have finally found a system that works and that I feel in tune with.

That's a very good trade you have there....and the trade is also interesting because the entry you took, was really a great re-entry opportunity too.

The text book entry was at the Euro open, but it's risky entering right on Frankie open, but lets assume (for the sake of the example) than an entry was taken there. The was a small consolidation (where you entered Trekker) but the M15 stoch was still falling and the M15 arrows appeared. Another entry could be made right were Trekker took his/hers first entry. Yet another entry could have been made at the break of S1 as well.....I love those trades but I missed that one altogether......doh!!
