Note: iam not the developer of this Indicator , thanks to dev

and it is working well on all the pairs

so i am thinking if any one can Automate this , i think it will prove to be a good Ea

trade open condition

Buy when Yellow Buy arrow mark appears and close when Pink sell arrow mark appears

Sell When Pink arrow mark appears and close when Yellow buy mark appears

Well, it is a nice, complete and elegant system! The orginal threadopener did NOT want to have it die the death of multiple addon overload. There is a wonderful dashboard - but there should not be an ea --- or blinking sparkling candy additions. And thats why the thread was closed. Everything was said .

So, just leave it in its pure zen like style.

Catching a couple of large moves is no indication of the viability of a system. I'm sure a lot of systems caught those moves.

There have probably been several EAs written for the system. Here is one.

This is provided as is. I will not post the source. It was written a long time ago, so I can really say much about it.
It enters on a full matrix and optional stochastics. The stochastic is not that easy to interpret. The EA just uses K over/under D.
Four possible exit triggers.

The error message says: dll is not allowed.

So you could change that setting in MT4 for the EA to allow dlls. No?

The MT4 strategy tester does not support multi timeframe backtesting. Any results from such backtesting are likely to be flawed and useless. MT4 will be using the current data in the history for the higher timeframes and reading bar closes before they close, essentially using future data to trade at the current (simulated) time.

I'm afraid I do not have the answer you seek. Can you not run it on other timeframes yourself?

The genesis matrix trading system was not a mechanical trading system. It relied quite a bit on the traders ability to read and interpret the stoch indicator, among other factors.

From the post with the EA above:

Just dropping by to say thank you to Xaphod, realjumper et al. Using Matrix signal, making it easier to trade. Combined with a trade manager, it is impossible to basket trade with genesis matrix.

Hi Xaphod, I'm still new to mql4, but have been trying to make an indi that looks at current TF and a HTF with other filters then draws an arrow, but I'm not sure if this is correct as I have it as nothing is drawn.

Please would you be so kind as to have a look.

The GMX222 is your GMTS-Matrix that I hardcoded for current TF only and all other params, so the iCustom does not need any other params when calling GMX222.

You can use the mt4 debugger to set breakpoints and then step through the code a line at a time and view the state of the variables you are setting. That should enable you to see what data your icustom calls are returning and what your conditions are doing.

Open the metaeditor user guide (F1) and read the chapter 'creating programs -> debugging'

This is the page for the mt5 debugger which is probably similar:

I have a question, in H1 Tf, what do we do if the ASCTrend1i showing a sell signal but the the other indies are not lining up until 11 candles later? Do we still take the sell trade or we just wait for the next signal?
