Hello, fxmajsterek! Yesterday my second point for short finally became pullback, its not what I want to see, but better than nothing) I only look at eur/usd. About other pairs. I think that the best analyst of charts with circules is maestro Kambooj and his overview will be much better. for nowadays I am a learner like majority here! Good trades for you!

EUR/USD Outlook

After friday of last week up to now, price action has been oscillating in a 100 pip range between 2980 and 2880. This oscillation will end shortly with a upward surge towards 3000 and 3030 level. For now because price action has been hesitating to drop down from the grey region of the dotted black circle and showing support around the solid black median line it will continue to go up. This upward tendency is further amplified by the presence of a small red energy circle. So right now time has come to buy at the lows of 2900 for a good 80-100 pip move

Yesterday's opportunity to buy within the 2850-2880 region turned out to be a good one today. The thrust upwards will eventually reach the 3030 region before starting to slow down. For now if you have missed yesterdays buy, need to stay aside for a while to see how far down the retracement will go. Currently the first buy position is around 2920, and if that is broken then the second buy position is around 2890, things will clear up more as we approach the 10:00-10:30 time frame. Will post charts around that time

Trying this out.
I placed these circles on about 8 hours ago. It's pretty uncanny how price follows the lines.

Here is a update on the situation, with price action respecting the 2920-2930 region, and another 100 pips to go

Your bigger circle gives room for price action to move up to 3180 region, which is close to the 38.2 fib level of the entire drop from 3700, the actual level is 3115. This is the vicinity of the grey zone of your bigger circle
Your smaller circle will be overwhelmed, because there is no 5 wave division on the impulse wave from 2850 yet

EUR/USD Outlook,


The daily RSI is showing that the upward motion is still far from being done. Probably around the solid black line, which is roughly around the 70 mark, we should start to consider short positions. Right now from the circles drawn on the H4 chart, the upward motion has had a good size bounce from the base of the blue circle at 2850. We are looking to a region close to the center of the solid blue circle for price action to aim for. After this high is achieved, we most probably going below 2700. But for now its still upwards. The oscillation will continue between the 23.6 and 38.2 fib levels show. That means buy at the 2960-2970 zone and sell at 3050 level. The drop from 3050 will not come to the base of the blue circle yet, but its aim is to break the black straight trendline and get inside the green circle.

Your bigger circle is more a support area now, and its probably the circle where we will have some good buys around the inside perimeter of it. Your smaller circle could have been an "Energy Circle" but once the thrust has gone beyond the half way mark, it invalidates that assumption.

EUR/USD Outlook

Because there has not been a significant bounce downwards from the solid black trendline (T1) downwards, from a behaviour perspective a momentum is being built up to break through the T1 line. The 2 circles, Circle#1 and Circle#2 have been strong support and resistance levels, with price action bouncing between them. Once T1 gets broken, we will experience a surge towards 3200 as our next target.

If the surge upwards this morning to 3030 does not sustain itself above 3050, then we are going one more time down to 2950 - 2980 level to make another attempt at breaking 3050 level.

Expect 78.6 to 90% retracement in the summer months.

Your money never gets lost in the summer months, because the range bound bounces continue to happen within a 300-400 pips zone, and not until end of august we are going to see any type of a major move.

If you go with small lot sizes and plenty of stoploss, what you missed by a 100 pips today will be a profitable trade 10-20 days down the road
