Norm is a 'price' (expressed as a number or as a fib level or a retracement level...) while a mofu is a range..where something often happens. A price will never become a mofu...it can become part of the range. But to answer the question, sure, price can go up and down and make a norm part of a mofu in the future. I don't think in this case, your original 'norm' would be related to the mofu. HTH

AUdUSD is going for 0.9800's. long entry at 0.9597 or 0.9562 would be fine. Risk the lows.

USDJPY still pointing to 100.30 (and 99.75 for later). Short entry at 101.80 seems good enough. Risk 102.60

EURUSD 2894 for longs. risk comes below 2891 and 2880 for this scenario.

I admire you long termers. I really do but since I reach my percentage goals short term, at least lately, I could never go long term. Maybe it's because my account is so small but I do admire hearing you guys plan out long term projections. Right now EU has been waffling so I've been shorting just to close and go long. I usually wait for a bounce. Once I see a direction, I'll go back to trading the trend.

Haven't gone for a scalp in a long time but the when the yen went crazy I jumped on board. Got burned and remembered why I vowed not to scalp again. So I'm about halfway out of my hole. At the rate I'm going, I got about another month to get back to zero.

I strive for 40 pips per day using 2 or 3 positions and feel I've done a good job if I'm within 20 pips of a top or bottom. Anyway, my point of all this is; It seems that most of these posts are long termers and I was wondering if there were any short term traders or daily traders around here. Most of the analysis I've read does not apply to me. Just curious.

Glad i can help .. told you if we go up to 1.2907 before we go down to 1.2860 then the move will be up for higher highs but expected a pullback not too go all the way up as it did
