EUR/USD Outlook

We are currently at the 88.6 Fib level of the entire rise from 2729 to 3240 level. As we can see on the daily chart there are various circles showing different support and resistance levels. Out of these circles, the solid blue circle is the most important one to consider. Price action is reacting quite strongly in either side of its perimeter.

For now bets are off from going short on this time frame, and a upward surge might happen soon. As you might have noticed we are also at the Grey region of the red circle too, where we have had 2 reactions in the past around this area.

If a break below 2700 is going to happen, we first have to reach the perimeter of the red circle before a break happens, So this means temporary upward movement on this time frame.

The turnaround spike that is always present in a switch in direction happened this morning when price action started to drop from 2880 level towards the 2800 level. So we have our spike, we are oversold on the H4 time frame and we are at the 88.6 fib level, on top of all that we have a good support circle (blue one) on the daily time frame. Good enough reasons to go long

EUR/USD Outlook

Price action is reaching the outside perimeter of the black circle which has acted as a strong support level in the past. The same circle has shown good enough resistance in the past to be be considered a action/reaction level. We are also at the 23.6 of the entire decend from 3240 level. Give and take 20-30 pips depending on how the blue circle could be drawn, we are setup for a sell scenario till 2880.

We are currently at 2927 at the moment, but my Netdania chart is somehow not showing it, or not getting updated properly, but my brokers rate show that. We will be dipping below 2900 pretty soon
