sorry buddy but you and i are pretty much the oppositee view, you might see a kite on H4 for a rebound, i see a H&S pattern with right sshoulder to complete around 1.52 on the daily chart.... regardless what the channel says. and i thot i already posted a chart with how the channel has already been brokeen below....

He he that line thing tells me all sorts. It doesn't matter too much as i day trade but to answer your question the line says dollar overbought obviously. The chart says we going down further which i suspect we are and that's where I placing next weeks orders - could be totally wrong of course but looking for a test of Friday's low as a start. We will see.

ill-b-back not realizing this bullish channel just got their ass whoopped by a 1.56 resistance which happens to be 50% fib retracement from the fall of 1.64 to 1.48.... AND the daily ema 200, an the fact that i am LOOKING at a Confirmed H&S patten, the fact we dropped below 1.54 is in itself a confirmation that GBPUSd is making the Right Shouldder....
Another thing i'll be back doesnt realise is the fact that the MONTHLY CANDLE IS NOT CLOSED YET!!!
that candle can drop and form a MONTHLY BEARISH ENGULFING to counter that rebound candle in APRIL for all i care....
ill-b-back, you are better than this.... pls trade what the charts are telling you and so far. charts oonn weekly tellinng me its gona be another bearrissh week! that may potentially have us creating a bearish engullfing candle a month end...

get ready for a retest of 1.48 low is what i am telling peoplee.. whether they like it or not...

Totally agree I got short orders in as already said - thought bones post to me was a bit off but who cares. Maybe miss read it. Good post by the way. C

my view on usd index ,I think you will see usd trading above res before the end of month

next week ,im not sure for big fall I will be looking to position and hold as near to 155 as poss fall week after next ,poss next month
I will be looking for sell only signal on h4 ,

medium term 1.4058 assuming we break low in next couple months
