I take it you mean 15m not 5m. TE to A = BC perfect (within 1 pip on my feed). What I really want to know is has the daily EU 5 wave finished and we are now bullish?

I already use excel sheet to calculate weekly pair correlations but never thought of using it to pinpoint correlating levels to the ones I already have with cross currencies. Omg, this is so useful, you've just opened my eyes to another level of possibilities. I don't really use indicators either, the couple that I do have are guides (fisher-t and bollinger bands) but I don't use them for entries. I've got photographic memory, hence my ability to spot the hard s/d levels like I do. That's my strength. I've been staring at the PA for three years now, so training my eyes to spot something new has been the name of the game all along. I'm sure with time and some practice it will become second nature.

Imo that's mostly because in terms of pips, swings are larger...and given how many people overleverage and use wrong (read: too wide) stop losses, that's not really surprising

Personally I don't consider EJ tougher than EU to trade.

You know, what I ve described actually can happen, since this is OTC market. I remember back in 90s. here in Czech we´ve been starting our first OTC markets. One such, right now leading OTC selling Czech stocks here, was RM-system. I remember back in 90s, liquidity of system was so low, that people with cash could really actually manipulate prices this way. You see, since price shown was according to demand, they´ve been simply demanding so much, noone was able to be counterparty but price actually moved.

I dont see such things likely on globalized market with so much liquidity, which FX is, but still. It may be bug, and very possibly is, but anyway, it really may be possible someone had huge sell there and wasnt filled.

May I know what broker are you using?

Sad to hear that. If you ever want to reinvest (I hope you will coz FX is an addict) just consider my philosophy.

1) Open a position with your capital amount. DO NOT LEVERAGE. I call this LOW position.

2) If market goes against your decision then open a new position with leverage at appropriate TF. I call this MEDIUM position.

3) If your day is really bad then wait for reverse trend and open a position with high leverage and baby sit

For example,

My position-1 is deep underwater (short @1.294x) since last week
Meanwhile I traded many medium positions in between from 1.2755 to 1.2880 and gained more than I loose w position-1

I also blew up accounts. So many I lost count
But its okay, blowing accounts per se doesnt make me down.
