For me, it is only a reaction to a big fall it had in the last two months. It cannot be a sign for any upward movement. Because the UK economy is very weak and also Europe is in a big financial problem.

Ok both action possible at this top of a wave , either weak mofu up to mark end of it to go for a moderate correction next at next tops or already ended to have a correction for the strong up next . lets the market choice any .all for only smaller moves for the time being , decision may take few days this week .
after all no changes in the analysis & views since last week start .

you are right. monthly candle told us the bearish may be over.but 1.5262 area is real big resistance. above this area, long position will be safer.

Near term, the GBPUSD hold at 1.5100 is a positive development so there is clearly no reason to alter the bullish outlook. Resumption towards the congestion area that preceded the sharp 2/20 drop is favored. The lower part of that zone (1.5415) is also the 38.2% retracement of the decline from the January high (1.5423). IF the rally continues from above 1.5092, then the advance would consist of 2 equal legs at 1.5521, or near the top of the zone (1.5549)
