The US had a massive headstart after WW2...Europe was in shambles, Japan was a pile of rubble, and China/India were still recovering from colonialism. Up until around the end of the 20th century the planet was lead (almost) unilaterally by the US...they said "jump", the others asked "how high" (at least those who mattered). Nowadays we live in a multilateral world with more than one true superpower, a trend that's increasing. It's something the US has to come to terms with.

As Euro break today's high at 1.2976, I added half position.
This is scalping trade, target is 1.2995
Other two positions remains, targets are 1.3030 and 1.3041

Yes. Additionally, during the cold war the USA rightfully enjoyed the status of the only safe investment heaven. Unfortunately, between the 1990 and 2008 the country has been run by old-school politicians with the cold-war blak-and-white mentality. They were too outdated to see the rapidly changing world, new investment climate map, and global re-positioning by corporations.
China is getting more and more self-sufficient as a consumer market, and less dependent on exports to the US

Target for scalping trade reached just in 5 minutes of trading, profit is 17 pip

It's a bit too late to do anything about it (this long-term economic power shift started with Reaganomics) - at this point one can only observe the shift while eating popcorn.
since i have an industrial/process background. i may have a different take on things. I know the most expensive thing in most manufacturing is energy.. not labor. for instance, Chrysler's labor cost is about 10%... the rest is mostly raw materials and labor cost. with the majority cost in energy.. And one of the cheapest places to produce a car atm is north America. And its getting cheaper, even cheaper then China..

The crysis happened precisely because banks acted rationally. They responded to the implicit guarantees of US gov mortgage companies who bought the mortgages the banks originated- the banks signed the mortgages while the government took the risks. Again- government's fault. Just recently they made those same companies now fully government owned again provide 3% downpayment 3% interest mortgages to people who cant afford it- I'm sure it'll work out differently from last time!

The swiss banking sector is not better because is more regulated- its better cause if the bank fails the people running it are responsible with their own wealth for the losses: that's the only "deregulation" that was harmful in the US along with allowing banks to gamble with depositor money. But Switzerland doesnt stand any better in that category.

Popution: you can legislate that no problem and in the process maybe lose business. You can afford it so far so its no problem.

But youre wrong about minimum wage. Recently in american samoa I think it was ? The US gov imposed a minimum wage to improve things. Guess what happens next ? The 2 biggest local employers- fish canneries immediately go out of business and fire everyone. Instant 30% unemployment and everything in stores costs vastly more. Why ? Cause those fish canneries shipped stuff out of the island which allowed the container ships to charge less for imports. No more exports meant they had to charge more for stuff coming in. The wonders of the minimum wage lol. Your situation in switzerland only proves theres still high demand for labor there and appreciation for the business climate so those regulations are still below what the market can sustain.

Think globally, the USA is not the only working model. McDonalds gives a dignified treatment to its employees in Europe. You'll be surprised, but in the Netherlands, for example, they get sick leave, paid vacation, 38-hour work week. They all have teeth, and they fill like equal members of the society.
As a result there is less aggression and stress in the society, there is less spending on police and prisons, there is less costly health care.
Surprisingly, McDonaldses are everywhere - somehow they are able to fit that profit margin in their business model.
