Hmm my entry is different. I used settings from one of your posts Evaluator around Christmas time. Do you mind sharing your 5min settings again?

I cannot replicate your settings for some reason. I have tried both Extreme settings and I am not getting signal at the same time. Afraid I will get into the wrong trades now. the first chart is with extreme settings at .00057 and .05. The second chart is with extreme settings .002 and .2 which is following your optimized settings from Link to post 15842 from post #1.

good morning,

today the german 30 run 100 pips up but i dont trade because my entrie s are not hit thats the problem if the market gap up and run

but i lost also nothing

i will wait till the us market run and hit my entries for a 40 pip trade

i will post if i found a entries

all a nice trading day in your favorit pair

elevator can you look into my chart and if you trade with this gap ?????

Hi Evaluator, I have been following the thread for some time now and I am impressed with the results you are acheiving. I have also read most of the posts so as to aviod asking the same questions as others.
I hope this is not a stupid question. I have set up 3 matrix on one chart with 5 min, 15 min and 60 min settings Am I right in thinking that the settings only apply when the time frame of the chart is the same as the matrix
(5min chart with 5 min matrix)(15 min chart with 15 min matrix) (Not 5 min chart and 15 min martix) .
The readings change when you change time frames.
I will say sorry now if this is a stupid question.
I would insert screen shot but do not know how to do it.

.005 and .05 seemed to give me correct setting for Extreme. I do get correct entry that matches up (as shown in attached) with yours for that particular trade, however when looking over history other 3 don't seem exactly to match up even after trying combinations of your example settings.

Perhaps it is close enough to maintain profitability and good entries.

I appreciate your assistance, I know your not getting paid to be so helpful. Let me know if you can think of any other settings for the other 3.

Kaylan,

Symphonie Matrix 4.4h will reflekt the timeframe of you chart. In 5M the settings will reflekt 5M so if you wish to have another timeframe reference in the 5M you will need to adjust the settings to match the other timeframe. Just like I explain in Post# 17,071 refering to modify MA line settings in 5M chart to match those of 1H. The same will be true for the Symphonie Matrix settings if you wish to have a higher timeframe reflekt in 5M chart you will need to modify the settings. Remember it take (12) 5M bars to equal (1) 60M bar.

Which pairs do you trade? I am thinking EU, GU, AU, UCAD, and EJ

I will be using Weekly for trend direction (3 same colour as I ignore trendline) and Daily for entry when 3 are same colour and RSI is showing over bought / sold condition and then enter. Exit when sentiment and emotion indi change colour. Breakeven when first extreme signal.

Since CCI is about the same and is easy to program for and it represents more of the true averages of markt moves I prefer CCI. If you like RSI then feel free to incorporate into your strategy.

As like many other systems I have come accross which look nice this one too looks promising. My only request here is for people who are using this system everyday need to post results so we know how well symphonie is performing and others who would want to use it can have more confidence. Just posting few results or trades taken here and there means nothing.

Has anyone used it profitably for 6 months or so (other than the originator of it ). Please post results. Thanks
