Hi John,
I have been thinking that 1.53 would be met in the near future as well and was saying this since late December. However, I don't think we will be heading back up to 1.58 again like we did during the past 2 and a half years.

Here we go bro like we were saying last week (and before). I agree, if this week closes below the triangle, we can expect a test of it but 5300 and below here we come.

Yes, although still selling, I also await this weeks close and then a test (maybe next weeks) before loading heavy on the south train. If we get through 5580 here, and then through a bounce at 5530ish, I see this week closing outside the triangle no problem.

I'm doing well. Got a bit cocky yesterday trying a small CT Long and coughed up 30 pips but other than that been having fun selling rallies since the top. And you?

Just baby sitting my EUR/AUD longs for the moment. We've got a nice inverted head and shoulders on the weekly for E/A so 1.40 is on my radar. Obviously there is much works that needs to be done before we get there.
My reasons for long EUR/AUD:
*Weekly Descending TL Broken & Confirmed
*Major Weekly Resistance @ 1.300 Broken & Confirmed
*Weekly Inverted Head & Shoulders Pattern - Target 1.40
Looks like 1.323 should be our next area of Resistance according to the Weekly charts. I'm anticipating (hoping) for some sort of pullback at that time which will provide another opportunity to scale in more positions.
Next area of resistance above 1.323 on a weekly chart is 1.366. Above that is my main target of 1.393
Areas of Resistance (Weekly)
1st Weekly Resistance - 1.323
2nd Weekly Resisstance - 1.366
3rd Weekly Resistance - 1.393
**I apologize for posting info here about EUR/AUD as this is the Cable thread. Just backing up my positions with a brief summary of WHY I am long. Also, charts are from last week

Glad to hear you're doing good! I saw your little counter trend trade... No biggie, you even said before hand that it is a risky trade. Haven't touched GBP/USD for about a month now, been waiting for a close below (or above) the triangle trend line.

problem is about Euro not showing important pullback on this support 3380. and AUD could require a correction upside.
so... i'm waiting for a lower entry.
or higher on a breakout!

Yeah , lots many drastic changes for me last whole year , so adjustment readjustments all over . now little settled & can give some time sitting computer (only at home unlike before both at home & office & my family now allow me little time for now ) to see you all & trade also with more comfortably. lets see.

These days being bullish EUR anything has paid off..LOL Especially JPY and USD. But I've stayed away from EUR pairs for almost the entire north ride. I'm waiting for the winds of change to come as I smell a rat coming soon me thinks...lol
I think there is a lot of false crap going on sending the EUR up and JPY down. At some point it will have to reverse (equalize) and that will be a time to pounce!
LOLHowever, I am pretty confident about these trades and EUR/AUD is my second favorite pair to trade and I like the way it trends, except for the past 3 months as it has been a little choppy.
Anyways, I'm also waiting for the winds to change with EUR as I'm not totally convinced of its recent strength. Something is off...
