it's not because of "at the moment" mate.. it's because we have resistance at the 5940 - 50 area and we don't even break 5900 yet and 1.6 already been tested by the price, so i think we might not reach there but probably we might reach 5940-50 area at best.

Just checked the charts and yes I agree Resistance is in the 15940-50 area. Lets hope we break 1.5900 first and round of the day at 1.5940-50 not a bad days work

if you're long, i suggest put extra "alertness" in your view on the market since imho you're trading the counter trend. Afterall, bulls make money, bears make money and pigs get slaughtered right?

Closed the longs on Cable. Shorting here for a 100 pips. Will look to long again. SL above 1.5893.

Counter trend trading is risky I agree but I like to trade Supply & Demand levels its part of my trading style and so far it's working for me. But my overal best trades are with the trend. I risk 2% on trades with the trend and 1% counter trend. I like to keep an open mind

I used to trade counter trend as well. Why not, when we can buy at cheap price & sell at high price.

However, I risk 1% for the order with trend and 0.1-0.2% against the trend...

i'm not so sure if we're gonna get that high.. i will first see PA at about 5915-20 first if price managed to break 5900 area. there is just a minor resistance but maybe price might failed at that price.

difference is just 30-40 pips from the cluster resistance, if this is GJ, that will means nothing but since this is cable, i added some weight to the analysis on the resistance..

who said i'm trading countertrend mate? i just trade the trend and maybe some ranges.. i have no position in cable at the moment.. just waiting to short at higher price..

if you're talking about the swissy that i'm currently trading, well mate, i'm trading the uptrend and i think currently swissy in a 1h range of 9270-9300.. the line in the sand is 9265 for me, so if price manage to get there, then i'm out. my entry is 9285. so it's just a 20pips of trade.. no sweat mate..
