Thanks Fudo... we can totally see GBPUSD exhaustion after that GDP data, suggests the rally for the last 2 days was purely from cameron's hawkishness on his economy... but ONE thing im not convinced about the UK economy....
the 1% rise is heavily based on the Olympics, usually the after-effect expected... also their report is heavily based on the Olympic's Boost... and im not buying it... UK's economy maybe looking incredibly dire in the next year.... they managed to stay above... but still very fragile.

dont you realize... the biggest move on the EURUSD and GBPUSD.. always happens when UK/EU and US are alone by themselves in the market?? the 4 or so hours during EU/UK's Morning.... and the 4 Hours During US's Afternoon session....

I just don't get it. These two have been slugging it out in a narrow range for over three hours, and suddenly one of them is handed a crowbar in the shape of durable goods orders...and he declines to use it?

Surely if US stocks rise, foreigners can be expected to have been selling their currency, to BUY $, to allow them to purchase the US stocks (obviously what locals do has no effect). i.e. Dow up, $ up... Or am I punch drunk from watching cable do NOTHING (grrr)?

you might be punch drunk... cuz correlations are correlations... when Equities go up.... Risk pairs go up too... but someone is buying up the Dollar.... So my question is.... Are the US equities Market being manipulated or is the US Dollar being manipulated?, im guessing the Equities Market... since its pretty darn obvious... unless you're telling me the US economy is as teh S&P suggests already Performing better than the drop back in 2008? utter bollocks.... its fed money being pumped into the Equities market...

Actually, it was reported in the news Tuesday that Ben told "a few close friends" he wouldn't accept the job regardless of who wins. Now that's just what was reported and who knows if there's any truth to it but, I could understand him feeling like that. I don't think he's made to many friends in the financial world as of late...LOL

I think Fxtyrant (I know !"its me...its me" )could be right. My eyes almost siezed open just looking at where the next opportunity is and it may be after NY lunch. See the euro starting to move and the aussie pairs are getting my attention so may go look over the fence for a moment.
