yes even i am short but unless it breaks 1.6000 again on the downside shorts are weak. similarly on the long side 1.6020 has to break. let me know your views

I would say the lowest it can go is around 1.597x. I would be really interested to know how do you figure out that it's still going down.

2 weeks ago we had a fake break south of the 23.6 fib, closing just above it.

Last week we broke through it again and closed below it on Thursday I think. We retested this fib on Friday and dropped some.

The daily pattern is a little odd in my opinion but the weekly is more convincing of continued down move to the next fib perhaps at 5915 or so as next target.

There too was a previous 1hr swing lo zone (previous near-term obvious imbalance of demand over supply that caused price to rise) tested earlier on Friday and that saw a bounce that rally shortlived as sellers came back in resulting in another (2nd) test where demand was again encountered...
88.6% is calculated as follows. Take the golden ratio 0.618, and square root it twice. See the link below for a clearer explanation.

I am in with a long position around 1.6000-10. Lets see how it goes.

dont worry...just a little retracement ..H4 still up. Im using stoch 14.3.3 to follow H4 trend..entry on m5
