10 pips spread for eurnzd and 7pips for audnzd is it normal thing ? I never traded nzd, so the question ?

hey max.... that's a little high.... but considering it's sundays opening, spreads usually will be wider till things crank up.....h
to trade and code, keep both simple... no call to impress....h

I am not getting clarity about the present movement above 1.30, the market seems to be discounting a rate cut by tha RBNZ or a rate hike by the RBA, any way the mkt feels heavy and RSI getting close to 80.

Hello Hornsant, I've no clue about what is priced or not in AUDNZD. Furthermore, I don't have AUDNZD datas to display charts. So I really can't help you.
Nonetheless, I've eurnzd and nZdusd charts. What is interesting in those charts is that the ATR is at an historical low level. We can expect a big and fast movement. Of course I don't have the direction :-)
You can see with the charts displayed why I asked the question on the usual spread NZD pairs. The set up displayed well. And I haven't taken those trades. The conclusion is I'm an idiot who need a big good kick !!!!

I'm about to try to see something with this right here

The 4hr 18 ema(magenta horizontal on 30m) and the 30 ema(blue horizontal on 30m) provide nice levels to watch on this strong downtrend I also had this in since friday

Price stuck in between it's 20 and 2 day average ^_^ *) I'll add more positions if price breaks it's 20 day period the horizontal pale violet on 30m chart below is the 2 day period horizontal magenta on 30m chart

Price is still in between the 20(pale violet horizontal on 30m chart) and 2 day period( magenta horizontal on 30m chart) in fact last night there was false break above the 20 day then it went down to the 2 day,and as of right now it's looks to be headed back to the 20 so a safe sell should occur with a close under the 2 day period wait for it it should come and if not buy when it breaks and close above the 20 day period

I went to take a s@#t and this is what happened ^_^

I'm in on the retrace off the 10 day period(ivory horizontal) though this may get tricky this pair has been in a,just about 90 pip range since 10/10 with around 30 pips to the low of range

We do have the 4,2 and 20 day period levels just above the 10 day with about 60 pips to the high of range let's see how it plays out
