True, that would have been nice. Oh well, as long as we have Forex, I'll never risk capital on a stock again. Maybe if I have billions and just looking for dividends, but I don't think that's happening

i dont really care much for indicators anymore (besides a few emas and momentum for divergences..), but my goodness bollinger bands are powerful when combined with basic supply/demand levels

There is a reason why America has no inflation.
If America would tell the truth about inflation, they have a huge problem, because they will need to adjust social security income for millions of Americans.

And of course that is too expensive so America tells you that "we don't have inflation". Yet the costs of living goes up almost every day.

previous support broken and resistance for now is at 1.2727/2730 area..let see if it reaches there, if so, another small short coming...
the last resistance but not the least, is at 1.2840, and my last small short if reaches there...

that is very true, that would destroy the country right where it stands...

I doubt we could even pay all the unfunded liabilities with our dollar as strong as it was in 1774..

Fed promised us record low interest far into 2015, that is 3 years from now.
US is not printing money per se.

Most is sitting in reserves and is not doing its intended easing.
The US problem has been deflation, and economic contraction.

Inflation is hitting the little guy through commodity prices, and energy, fuel and food. Otherwise inflation expectations continue to be subdued, if the FEDs do nothing we would be bitching that we are going through an economic and monetary contraction the likes Japan has been suffering now for decades.

are you talking about on divergences at TF 1 minute and 5 minutes??
even there many times they donīt work, but of course, in such lower time frames, many time they will occur, and the chance you find more that work is better than higher frames...IMO, lower time frames donīt make you really profitable...

if you look back at my post i mentioned

food
energy
fuel
as being driven by commodity prices.

healthcare is going up do to obama care.

however the Inflation rate at 1.7% this year triggered the fed's further easing, Bernanke's benchmark is circa 2% as far as I remember.

if you take the average inflation rate for the last 10yrs it is 2.4%, QE 1 and QE2 where done due to deflation risk, and now Ben is attempting to prop up housing prices by buying MBS, there are still a lot of houses not being released to market.

Employment rate is still a problem. Our economy is no longer in recession but the growth rate is poor at best.

All mad in china must be cheaper now, at least here

inflation showing low due to new formula , if you calculate on old formula it will so color full number

depends on how many pips you risk/target, imo you can be more profitable on an intraday basis than you can making 3 trades on a weekly basis (with large targets and stops)

if i only risk 15 pips per day which is 0.5%, i will end up making a lot more than someone who risks 50 pips per day at 0.5%. they may have a lesser chance of losing, but thats not the point. the point is as long as you dont lose, then scalping is a very important weapon in your arsenal.

i do have other weapons like 25 pip s/l trade, a 50 pip s/l trade, and a 150 pip s/l trade, im not a one trick pony.. these stops are all adjustable within a reasonable margin (like 10-20% higher or lower)

but M5 divergences are very good for scalping... even M1 (see chart)

M15/M30 good for larger 20-30 pip moves.

A good rule of thumb for me is my target should be as many pips as the time frame (M15 divergence, 15 pips, M30 divergence, 30 pips, etc)
