i been long gbp/nzd at 1.9563, looking for 500 pips profit, also this mean gbp/usd is going down,

"If the 'fiscal cliff' isn't addressed … I don't think our tools are strong enough to offset the effects of a major fiscal shock."

My RSI clearly indicate oversold and we due to seasonal cycle dollar are usually weaker by nature thus come OCT i think we can see the dropped to FIB 61.8% on the daily one year chart @ 1.5907 from the high of 1.6302 and low of 1.5269... that will the bring us to where the trend is heading. If it consolidates and breaks below 1.58 lvl we might have a chance to 50%. I am usually on a longer TF.

EU heading towards the 1.3013 and below to 1.28

GU heading to 1.58 as in 1.6165 first,1.6115,1.6030,1.5975

AU going to 1.0200 and 1.0165

hehehe. none are coming today. GBP's movement today is far more than frustrating. a mere 40 pip range inspite of the negative inflation data.

Guys, can someone educate me on this?

The negative data has been reported all over the british press that inflation numbers were good, i.e drop in inflation, or is it just bad from a trading perspective?

see not necessary it may react to positive number as well as negative number immediately. most of the times this number is priced in. for example gbp has rallied from 1.5240 to 1.6275 on QE from King as well as Benny. so unless another QE news comes or good economic data comes it may not rally.however it will react to any bad data now if it comes.
