so...govts go for austerity and cut jobs but later they want to lower the unemployement and they print money that will lower the value of it's currency that will buy them less products and they will export more but with the money they get from more export they can buy the same products as the currency is devaluated.

WTF ? this is what happens when you put a doctor as a bank manager and when...

on GU 1.6125 as first stop then 6104 and 6085

but the RR is good enough to jump in @ 1.6160 with SL just above the trendline

I didn't miss that it is all in the explanation as I said lowering strength means more exports....but with the more money they will get on the more exports they will still be able to buy the same stuff as in imports as the USD will value less....so what's this ?

example
1 USD is 1 EUR

if QE and 1 usd is 0.5 eur then USA will be able to export double as EUR will be able to buy 2-1 as in special offer

but when it comes for USA to buy sure they will have instead of 1 usd product sold 2 as in double

but 2 products sold @ 1 USD will make only 2 USD but in reality still 1 USD as EUR is 0.5

so...where's the deal ?


afterall we are looking and we are eager to have a global financial deal

and now we come back to my question from some weeks ago ....isn't it better to close all borders and start from scratch ? no exports no global currency no nothing ?

as if you depreciate your local currency it would be good indeed for exports...but a country needs imports to produce the exports as well.

and another paradox

a basic principle in economy tells us that a currency is strong if the econ is strong aka country exports more than it imports aka produces more than it needs

so if USA will export more than it means the econ is doing great meaning it has a strong currency....but it doesn't

sorry mate,for me that info came earlier than the announcement.If I knew it ment QE3 I would have bought as EU was still 2930-40

I posted it on FF 30 min earlier than the rest of the websites as it was on the fed's webpage but I had no clue what it ment.

for me,economy is useless.as long as it is done by doctors instead of economists or by economists with degrees bought on internet online courses I will never trust it....so I do not bother to understand.

so.....I did not get it as it was not stated that they will print money....as this is what I know QE means

and I read it 3 times trying to make sense what that mortgage thing means.

I'm dumb when it comes to press and big words...even if I finished an economic university(actually it was included in my engineering one don't ask me why)

C'mon Red, you got to stop applying logic and principles to politics and today's economics, they don't go together
It's all part of a broader single government/currency plan.
Screw your own people, jack up inflation, drown them in debt, then while they (both parents) are so busy working to make ends meet, (inflation is a weapon of mass distruction AND distrAction), they can slowly go about their plans while everyone is "asleep" in their own busy matrix.

But then again, maybe I been watching too many videos lately...

Right, well like I said, I'm prob just missing something, I did economics to year 12.
I then did it for 6 months as part of my Science degree (how's that for logic)
Then I realised WTF I was doing and simply dropped it

Chart Update... GBPUSD +QE3 announcement stopped today at my confluence zone red line and trendline above 78.2% fibo... interesting.......
Remember some of you guys i've been shouting GBPUSD 1.61xx that XX is varied because its where the redline (EMA 200) is at... me reckon today's over tomorrow we shall see that redline touched (if it hasnt already..)

Yeah probably, I agree.
Everything is in the shit, so they are just continuing to hit the panic button.
But seriously, I don't know shit about economics(not much anyway beyond the basics).
For example: I thought the statement posted earlier meant QE3 but apparently it doesn't, I honestly don't know. I was dead serious when I said "I am probably missing something" I was not being sarcastic.

i honestly havent got a clue i was at work..but USD has fallen this is the main thing..i see no reason why 1.63 cannot be reached
