I don't trade Euro really so I maybe off track here.
Can I ask why you think that 2745 support will break down soon?

I have a daily/weekly TL break north, bullish divergence on both time frames and bullish price action after retesting the 2745 resistance turned support.

I'm not saying you are wrong (since your trading method is an unsolved mystery to me) and I don't trade the Euro, I'm just curious what you see.

well my charts tell me bear on W and M on both EU and GU.

since my post 20 pips drop on EU and 1.2813 still to come as first stop down.

but if that one gives way we see 1.2745-50...47 to be precise

now it depends on the ESM and FOMC and how the Iphone 5 will bling bling tmr wether we see 1.2905 or even 1.3010 first or 1.2750.

1.2750 is as I said line in the sand and if it fails we go to 1.2690 and 1.2630 later only to stop somewhere to 1.2442-22

now I can show you how and what I see but I would just ruin your strategy you are using now and it might take you some time to see it clear.

it's up to you

downgrade USD not GU or EUR

WASHINGTON (MNI) – The following is the text of a statement Tuesday
by rating agency Moody’s:
Budget negotiations during the 2013 Congressional legislative
session will likely determine the direction of the US government’s Aaa
rating and negative outlook, says Moody’s Investors Service in the
report “Update of the Outlook for the US Government Debt Rating.”
If those negotiations lead to specific policies that produce a
stabilization and then downward trend in the ratio of federal debt to
GDP over the medium term, the rating will likely be affirmed and the
outlook returned to stable, says Moody’s.
If those negotiations fail to produce such policies, however,
Moody’s would expect to lower the rating, probably to Aa1.
Moody’s views the maintenance of the Aaa with a negative outlook
into 2014 as unlikely. The only scenario that would likely lead to its
temporary maintenance would be if the method adopted to achieve debt
stabilization involved a large, immediate fiscal shocksuch as would
occur if the so-called “fiscal cliff” actually materializedwhich could
lead to instability. Moody’s would then need evidence that the economy
could rebound from the shock before it would consider returning to a
stable outlook.
Moody’s notes that it is difficult to predict when during 2013
Congress will conclude negotiations that result in a budget package. The
Aaa rating, with its negative outlook, is likely to be maintained until
the outcome of those negotiations becomes clear.
The rating outlook also assumes a relatively orderly process for
the increase in the statutory debt limit, says Moody’s. The debt limit
will likely be reached around the end of this year, and the government’s
ability to meet interest and other expenses out of available resources
would likely be exhausted within a few months after the limit is
reached.
Under these circumstances, the government’s rating would likely be
placed under review after the debt limit is reached but several weeks
before the exhaustion of the Treasury’s resources. Moody’s took a
similar action during the summer of 2011.

Like i said.... sorry navin but i had to repost... people in here are wondering what the hell is going on with the GBPUSD why its going down...
the fact is its NFP day and a Friday, very often profit taking means people will get out of their Risk positions back to the USD....
So this is the reason why i said ill give the benefit of the doubt that GBPUSD may pull back some to test that 61.8% fib line at 1.5905 we broken above yesterday...
have a look

it is for certain,

but on the other hand, other than today the last time the RSI was showing over bought on the hourly was the end of April.

i think we all need to be vigilant right now and be cautious of a reversal.

No more adding to any long positions for me, hoping for a little higher to build more confidence for shorts.
