Euro struggling with 1.26, cable struggling with 1.59

sweat running down the back of my legs, wife being moody, conflicting reports/consensus, back of legs tight from lack of exercise, eyes sore from the screen, lower back aches from leaning into the screen permanently, on a day when the US is on holiday and nothing is really moving.

remind me again why i like to day trade?

How can draghi talking about buying bonds spike the Euro? If Bernanke talks like this then it would weaken the dollar, How come everything weakens the dollar when i am holding shorts? Not fair

on a more hopeful note it looks like a rejection occurred again. Or i am just as overly optimistic as Bloomberg.

This is my ceiling.Have to wait and weather the storm.

There is a serious correlation imbalance Cable should really be at 56. I am confident on these sets of trades.

attempted 1.59 a few times now (i count 4) hopefully thats all and sense will prevail and bring this down 100 pips, and with it my account up about 15%

Most moves retrace at least 50% We are going back at least 5820 before any serious move up.
In reality British economy is not that much better then US and I don't see fundamentally this happening soon.
If anything I suspect serious selling down to 5740 major pivot area.

Cable basically flying on Euro wings.Recent bogus up moves on Euro has not seen any serious retrace since 24 and pressure is building for that to happen and we will see Cable diving down as well.
The key is Euro 2600 major resistance and already looks like it failed to break.
That is my reasoning but as you know its forex anything can happen.
I am confident on retrace.Most moves retrace 50% before resuming.

For me Nav it is simply the fact that we are at a near 4 month high right now and i dont see any fundamental reason to suggest that the UK economy v the US is any better position than it was over the last 4 months. Certainly not almost 600 pips.

I think the US NFP is going to be crucial but im currently short, no real changes overall

Im not however expecting much action beneath 1.58 and have my T/P set here. I agree we have been in a bullish trend now for 3 months which seems to have accelerated over the last month. I just think from a purely Fundamental point of view, what has really changed from May?

On a side note to this i will add that after looking at PA for the past few years it seems the average trend lasts for around 10 days? If so we are more than due some retracement at least soon.
