and I don't trust neither of the currencies.
I don't like the EU nor GU nor USD....all countries broke and to the ground and we are still trading which one is stronger.
In my opinion you could just pick India or Vietnam as a winner.when you start printing money just to have some then you're gone

if banks declare bankrupcy they will be bailed out by the govt.
as a spanish resident I can tell you that when the newly formed Bankia hit the floor the govt quickly bought it....no bankster got punished nor fired (some of them received far bonuses in reward for their competence
when govt bought it asked for a loan at ECB....some 50 bln that turned into 185 bln quickly after just to rescue the banks.
in order to comply with the TC imposed by ECB they had to raise the VAT and cut some more spending ..more jobs more salaries...
