Have you asked them what happened there? I don't have the same thing on my exness ecn account.

Everyone know what they are doing: hunt stop loss.
I know that my money will not get back even if I ask them, it is just a waste of time, they can say in low volume market, the spread will increase blablabla.

Just be careful, I bet that Exness will not pay you if EURCHF goes up, They pay high swap in EURCHF just wants to attract us to deposit money at their broker. so they can use our money to pay other investor's profit. or whatever goes into the pocket of the boss of Exness.

In fact I wrote to Exness about their spikey problem.

The reply is as below - I can't believe it - they push the blame to the market! :
I blocked out the guy's name to protect confidentiality.

I see, but as this is a mini account exness wouldn't receive any commission for a trader being stopped out of a trade.

I don't think exness take the opposite side of the traders positions, or do they?

The ECN account seems better to better, although you do pay some commissions.

Exness is a market maker broker
Our loss = their profit
so that's why they hunt our stop loss.

Well, AUG 2nd, first day of new Mr. Franc joining the SNB board + A complete year after announcing the peg + Miss. IMF asking SNB for the pair floating
The pair cant go down so I'm waiting for a float up.

I'm waiting for a slow steady rise up also but could be a very long time

The pair cant go up or down at the moment

Maybe new mr franc wont sell into every little rally allowing the pair to move up

it was a spread widering... buy limints didt taken...spread open to probably aroun 30 pips
