flat open, and until it stays below 1.2345 the risk is for a new test of 1.2240 first....but the short term tone should stay positive unless it breaks 1.2170

so I would buy early week weakness around 1.22 if it comes to happen, keeping a stop below 1.2170 if you don't want to hold a EUR long before substantial news.
above 1.2340, a break of 1.2396 (Friday's high) is possible, and 1.26 - 27 is a viable target for August.

if it breaks 1.2170, a test of recent lows at 1.2062 is likely, with possible new lows.
in that case, I would wait for 1.1850 to open a long and increase it down to 1.15 - 1.16.

I expect increasing volatility as it's month end....so trade with wider stops and smaller lots
