Offers are "Sell Limit orders"
Bids are "Buy Limit orders"
Stops above the price are "Buys" or "Sell stop losses"
Stops below the price are "Sells" or "Buy stop losses"

How far up are you suggesting?
Perhaps 1.2220, but beyond that, in my opinion is not very likely.

By the way, Euro gaps down in early Interbank trade. 1.2110 low so far.

You mean like this one that was overpowered by the underlying fundamentals?

No, I refer to daily and weekly TF meaning EU should go up within few days (less likely) and few weeks (most probably), What if US GDP is bad on friday?
Anyway I think eu will go to around 1.19, then ...

Okay on that I agree that there is a significant probability, because by then, there will be a need for a large time frame correction.

What happens if country declares bankruptcy ? For example Greek. I remember that nothing happened when Iceland did it, that makes me wonder a little bit, how can it be or am I missing something?

Greece is in the EURO that is what makes this thing so tricky

If greece was not in the euro they would have defaulted already i think

And i believe Iceland got bailedout by GB and the netherlands so that Iceland could repay the goverments but over a larger time span.
but i am not so sure how that all went because i wan't really interested in this world back then.

A bankruptcy in Greece is pretty much already priced in. Most economists expect it to happen and I am also convinced it will.

Anyway, it's not Greece we should be worried about, but rather Spain and Italy.

i agree. We will see spanish bond yields in the morning.If they calm down i will consider to buy some long positions from 1.21xx. To be realistic, i dont think it will go under 1.20.If history repeat itself we will see strong and quick bounce back from 1.20 or 1.19 so no panic if any long position taken.

well its another good start to the week.A nice gap down. i didnt it trade it (e/u) but after this evenings open i did long g/u for a few pips before getting out.take care

There are all the reasons to panic now......Euro is not the same it use to be year ago.........Just look at the historical patterns and chart of euro and compare them with now...... You wont even get the feel that its the same pair

Well I have lost 2% of poker equity. I was 4th and money was for 3rd place +. Thats what I suspected before I went there. But I also suspected gap down. What can I say? Only this:



Currently we are capped below 2121 - 2125 combo and darkness below awaits. I hope I will get a chance to reaload at 2203.

Greeks already went bankrupt last year. What else is 70% cut on your liabilities? Thats bankrupt, thats what it is, no matter how they call it.
