Can happen on holidays.
I was up 25 pips in price on a trade earlier in the year during a holiday and was still in the red on Go Markets.
Insane sometimes.

I am guessing here but the clever guys at Barclays would describe this as "the spread has dislocated from itself" phenomena.

Obviously there is a problem at FXCM and they are trying to avoid profit-taking/drawdowns by traders.

is it US regulated ? or you on UK one ?

if it is the US one it's fine...they consider all pairs as exotic

I had it on US and changed to UK....seemed more stable
