Sonicers, don't be negative about this. First off, how many of you actually trade between Sunday 6am EST (in the morning) and Sunday 3pm EST (in the mid-afternoon)? Most brokers don't even open for new week trading until Sunday 5pm EST. What's your beef?

This EU chart show a double top for me. A nice short set up. but still not london session. I just wait till LO and see is it gonna break or stand strong.

EU: Still very bullish while PA is above Dragon and Trend. If it remains bullish today, here is possible next target derived from H4 chart.

Dear traderathome,

You are the developer and coder of SonicR Contol Panel TAH template. Does it works with default setting with all brokers? Does the code automatically handle to calculate broker time? or should i chage the Broker_GMT_Offset? If so should i change the Apply_it_now input to true. Because calculation about Pivot and S&R based on yesterday data.

You need to read the user notes for the SonicR Control Panel indicator. There you will find the answers to your questions. Pivots for the day, whether using Daily or Fibonacci formula, are by convention always based on previous day data. And if by "S&R" you are referring to the range H/L marks, read the user notes.

GU: PA remains in the EP zone of the SonicR long setup of yesterday. The second target is derived from the H4 chart.

Market Comment:

Sonicers, the BBs are hard at work. We hear talk of a possibly crazy weekend that might cause next week open prices to be far from this week close prices. And then there is the Greek elections next week, etc. So, the BBs are hard at work this last trading day of the week. Here is an example...

For about 30 minutes, starting after the Frankfurt Open and running into the London session, BBs torpedoed GU, to the tune of about a 75 pips drop. Now, many folks look at such PA and think the market is selling off. But look again! As the price dropped, trading increased! And even after the price is hammered down, high levels of trading continued! What is this wierd PA called?

I call it "Torpedo and Buy!" This was nothing more than BBs investing to drive the price down. In doing this, they triggered pending short orders into the market, and they hit the stops on some long trades. Both of these events add liquidity to the market. And the BBs use that needed liquidity to get their own long orders filled, predominately at the lows! This is price manipulation by Big Money to get more favorable prices to build a long position. This drop was not with the intent of selling. It was with the intent of buying! It sure beats just buying starting at whatever the current price is when you begin buying, and then more you buy the higher you drive up the price on yourself! These BBs really know how to manipulate market prices so that their buying is actually done mostly at prices signifcantly lower than before the buying started!

The most interesting aspect of this is, we don't know anything about how big some of those trades at the bottom are! We only see the count of trade orders executed thru our broker, not the size of those trades. So, as much as we can now recognize that the price-volume story is obviously bullish, we might significantly underestimate just how bullish the market is.

Thanks TAH, on the hrly we can see a demand zone that has now been revisited a couple of times this week...as you say, it's difficult to know (without time and sales data) how big the BBs blocks are at these levels, but the fact that price has been moving away from demand with greater momentum than moves from overhead supply throughout this week so far, might be another 'tell'..

Market Comment....the Rest of the Story:

About two hours later, what do we find? We find the BBs have finally bought so much of GU, that they ultimately could not keep the price from rising on themselves. Where is the price now? The price is right back where it was when the BBs decided to Torpedo & Buy! What a magnificent strategy! There is simply no telling how many tens of billions of dollars have been placed on the GBP long bet, and all of it at lower prices than when the decision to buy was first put into actual play! Absolutely incredible price manipulation!

BTW, I think we can rest assured the "market" has decided to be bullish on this pair.

......and now you know the rest of the story!
