Hi, everyone, I have been reading your posts recently, good to know your are making money with this idea, I only stoped posting on this thread, because this system doesn't comply with my rules, I have worked months on it, to solve the problems that I had with the bad months it has, and didn't came with a solution to solve it.
This system last year, doubled an account, risking only 1%, I have put the system into my archives, because I cannot use it to trade, I manage an hedge fund, the problem with Gann Hilo, is that it faces sometimes bad months, and I cannot risk to apply a system that could face 3 or more moths with losses, I also cannot afford the risk of not being able to pay my clients, due to lack of persuasion of mine to find a more stable system, I prefer to win a little every month and make 60% or 70% over a year, than win a lot one month, and lose a lot on the other month, wining 100% or 200% in a year. With the system that wins 70% a year, I just need to increase lot size, I hope you understood my point.
Gann Hillo is now with a 800 pips profit trade, but previously to that trade, there where many losses, Gann Hilo misses a lot, because its a very precise indicator, +1 pip on a candle, could change the signal from short to long, and as you know, forex is a very unprecise market, as result it gives bad signals, but in the overall if you have no problems with facing some months in Red, this is a Good system, it can double your account in 1 year risking 1% of your account
