Yes, that's right, mate. It's also physically exhausting watching those bars moving so quickly, but I think this could be a good compromise, to only use it for entries at levels that where you have chosen to enter off the HTF's, and then close it! I'm also wary of adding yet another chart to overcompicate taking a trade. I have enough information to filter with 3 screens and 14 charts showing.:nerd:

Taking 1/4 off ahead here of the figure and resistance/ 50ma's etc on my Aussie long for +40

Took another long on Aussie- yes, I know another CT trade, but I just prefer a retrace before making any short entries.

What I'm watching on cable. We've come a long way without a retracement into some pretty serious support. I know the euro crisis is bad and all that, but has it got the strength after such a long run to punch through? Daily chart

Yes, I am playing breakouts.

Those trades seem to work good with HTF's.

Hey Guys, sure good to see you doing great here. Been slow for me, getting brain freeze between waiting for price to retrace enough to sell. Then it not happening any way, keeping an eye on the same levels as 131 for a possible bounce or some kind of bull action.

Trotty and 131 are you spread betting or with fx brokers?

Hello Lazyboy,

Yes, keep an eye on Aussie daily too- seems to be finding support here or it's it just catching it's breath! I use a broker for FX (LMAX) and spreadbet my shares (IGINDEX). For me, the spreads are too wide to spreadbet FX, but if you trade the hourly it's less of an issue.

Hey lazyboy.

I execute with oanda at the moment but am looking at other options. If I was trading longer timeframes long-term, i'd probably spread bet after i've hit my capital gain threshold (there's no benefit to doing it beforehand).

Oh and by the way, congratulations to you on your first European cup! Something Leeds have never quite been able to do (mainly thanks to a bent ref in 75.....not that i'm bitter! )

Morning all. Big news today with NFP, so only taking small scalps this morning. We're likely to get a big move later and I don't want to get caught on the wrong side of it. As I type, cable has just breached yeterday's low, so is the weakest of the three at the moment. Holding fire on any longs for now as this could get nasty. Time for breakfast!

It's hard to imagine that it won't with that level of momentum. The pound is suffering very badly right now.
