This pair is alive !

Busy month ahead for the euro and the Swiss franc, there may be other opportunities to "reload" near the peg.

I'm just a little bit concerned by the fact that volatility has been on a descending path since Thursday's spike.

Yes, but if you can sell at 1,2020 and with 95% probability reload at 1,2010, it deserves because in some hours it will be too late

I was finally able to close position from web platform on a different PS.
Maybe it was my slow connection and I was trying from MT4...
Anyway, around 1500 EUR profit in Equity...
I just let 1 lot opened in case it goes up...
Tomorrow I think we'll have bank vacation in swiss... what do you think?

yeah but you never know 1.2034 is possible. it should go up there to trigger some more Tps then go back to 1.2010

To me it's better to miss an opportunity than loose money.
Probably there will be a few more spikes up but sooner or later it will return to base as it always did in the last 2 months.

I agree with you. It's drawing a downtrend line with last "bigs" spikes. Casuality? I don't believe

Now it has been a nice opportunity to sell. It has not arrived to 12034 but almost. Probability of going higher given that Jordan is happy with the realistic 1,20 is almost 0

Right, so this is part of the reason why you shouldn't set a sell stop order too close to 1.2- the mid price is, relatively speaking for its recent history, nowhere near the 1.2000 floor; however your broker can set the spread however they would like in thin trade.

Personally I have my S/L at 1.1975. (forex.com US) I don't expect it to ever be triggered unless SNB decides to drop the floor, in which case I'll be f*cked like everyone else. I'm not kidding myself here - if the floor is withdrawn, there may not be a bid to match my 1.1975 and my fill could be significantly south of there. But better to have some protection in place than wake up to a _really_ nasty surprise.
