What do you think about the GBP/CHF? I am currently short I think that has alot of potential for a down move.

Okay London Closed... anyone ready to see GBPUSD make its final effort towards 1.60?? from 1.60 i wil watch closely how it reacts as 1.60 maybe a first sign to long....

Well Specs, with Fridays close, I didn't expect that TL to hold, you got that one up on me mate. I have never seen such regular falling knife catching on cable before, it's insane.

Slight drop off the recent high - expected. Will now watch 1.6050 region to see... would like to see a higher low form in the next few sessions for prelim evidence of a possible bullish cycle... also will be watching 1.60900 ( thurday's low)

To the downside, 1.60212 ( last month's open will) be the level to watch.

If we took Friday past price action and calculate the angle and the time spent in that last drop lower - we should have closed today at 1.5996..

Price turned - at least for the day...

Nice work Tau, I was expecting follow thru also but this turn at this point in the descending 4hr channel changes things for me also

another thing to consider is that the move to the downside is sooo bloody slow, if it is a new trend, the price should fall like there will be no tomorrow. other than that, as i mentioned before, the calculation for squaring is at about 50% meaning that

the move from 5800-6300 takes 2 weeks accumulated for 500 pips

the move from 6300 - 6060 takes 2 week accumulated for 240 pips

which is more or less 50% of move in the same time period, perhaps the move to the downside is almost over.. imho.
