seeing as the lack of news this week, GBPUSD should respect teh downwards channel we are in...
on the daily point of view, cable is actually in an uptrend, the channel down is just minor compared to the larger asc TL. imho.

Mate... if you wana go that far, id suggest you look at weely... we are actually trading in range hitting Top at the downwards trendline and we have yet to revisit the Upwards trendline which is about 6000 atm...
Today's just noise my friend....
i wouldnt go long before i see 6000 and how PA reacts there...
But in the longer period, i do expect this upward trendline on the weekly to end up failing to keep GBPUSD supported

maybe so.. might get 6000 if we get closed below 6060 since there's still some room above the asc TL.. everything possible, i'm not saying it's not, but first must have a closed below 6060..

ok zoom into H4 ,bull moves rejected ,bear moves rejected ,but sliding down

looks a bit like downward consolidation at mo ?

its a fairly good area to go from..lets see how it play out

However - 30 min chart shows lower highs and lower lows... spacing seems ok. May move lower again in the not too distant future.

Closed my long.

Businesses in UK are trying to brace themselves for worse to come.... when Greece Leaves...
British trading Partner Ireland may start to have problems and this will be contagious to UK in the end...
