There is one point to make for those of you that think SNB will purposely allow the price to go below 1.2.

If that happens, it would be safe to say their credibility would very much be harmed, and if they do raise the minimum rate to 1.25 or higher, the bulls will be MUCH less likely to want to keep the price above the new peg because most of them will have lost confidence in the SNB to defend the the peg.

Credibility is important to the SNB.

The same old thing, theorically is true, the snb can sell as many chf as she want, but technically it's not really true, they cannot sell more than a certain amount of chf, if per hypothesis the whole market decide to break the floor, they would just fail, like it happened before.
How much chf can they sell, 20 blns? 50blns? 100blns? there is a limit. That's why the credibility is important, if for some reason they loose it and the market start to go against them, there is no unlimited more strong than the whole market.

thats why market builds on psychology: if they say they defend the peg, there wont be enough traders who bet against them.

i can not trade on that. first, cause my mt4 does not contain this pair and second, i have no experience in that

It's simple, chances are that norvegian bank will make a floor on eur-nok, like the snb did with eurchf. But let's concentrate on eurchf now, lol
