looks like the big guru is panicing because its not going down 10 pips.
anyhow there are not as many sellers out there as you are expecting, the real big boys wont risk their money to challenge snb and get owned.

Dow Jones] The new SNB board must dispel doubts quickly, UBS says, after its 1.20 EUR/CHF floor was briefly breached Thursday.

"Without a stronger defence, speculative accounts that have been willing to short the franc over the last seven months on the view the SNB will cap the upside at 1.20 may start to bet against [the] central bank instead," says Mansoor Mohi-uddin, UBS' head of FX strategy.

With vice president Jordan likely to become the new central bank's president following Hildebrand's resignation in January, it could do this by strong interventions this week if EUR/CHF again tests 1.20 and could also elaborate on other measures it has promised to take. But it's unlikely to raise its floor target.

Good news if Mr. Jordan will be the new President because the market will be nervous and more nervous slowly and slowly!!!. He has many things: good diploma, good skill, good experience, good management...But he lack 1 thing: leading. This does not show when he is vice president, this shows only when he is president interim. May be he is good manager but not good leader.

there is a good arbitrage:

on cme eur/usd is 6-7 pips above spot
on other most brokers on fx give positive rollover on long eur/usd like 3-4$ per night on 1 lot

so that's double swap for no risk

thanks for the info. you know the previous 6month yield?

i think the more negative it is,the worst for chf, as negative yield =deflation expectations

need to have fx account and cme account..
then you go short on cme on 1 eurofx contract
and long on fx for 1.25 lot

cme contract will meet spot price in june somwhere it will go down
and on fx account you'll receive swap

you only have to be prepared to move money from 1 account to another
