Well the interesting thing of this trade was exactly the involvement of huge leverage as the risk would had be limited, otherwise i really don't know why somebody should focus on this pair.

As it was stated several times earlier they only said they are defending the PEG. There were no talks about intervention to new higher levels.

Although if I were them I would intervene right now (it would be cheaper in this low liquidity market). If nothing happens then more likely they are not planning to intervene anytime sooner...so we should be on the guard when they announce they lower the PEG

High leverage and become rich.. SNB , I don't think so will allow that to happen soon..

They said they won't allow any trade under 1.20 during the regular hours.

1. they cant say again, it was a technical problem.

Not only that. Bears yesterday had the stop loss orders with their side pushing down and it was an easy reward for them. Now space 1.2030-1.20 is empty. They might try to test SNB but they will need to find more money to do it.
As long we are under 1.2030 we are in big trouble, but we can hope to a pullback after some unsuccesful possible retest of SNB floor.

Over 1.2030 we might want to reconsider our plan.
There shall be no QE3

I think what is happening now is in absolutely in the favor of SNB

- from last September they encouraged tha market to hover the price above the peg with intervention hints
- they waited until the swiss econ adjusts (and that happened)
- now they wait until the market sentiment calms down (yesterday was pefect example: fewer longs, more short orders and SLs, territory 1.19-1.18 filled up with orders)
- besides they put a big sitting buy order at 1,2
- they also know that there will be trades below 1,2 as banks and brokers are even bigger b@stards than they are (I think SNB isn't responsible for what your broker does with you)
- until short/long will be more balanced they wont do anything, just they scare (spikes) and bore the hell out of everyone
- after that - depending on the swiss economy needs - they will act

this could be days weeks, months...

1.2080 needs to be broken for any momentum to upside.

1.2030(no significance).. all .. this is all we are making resistance.. lower and lower...

1.2056 --> 1st to upside momentum

Downward momentum.. we are already IN so need to break any levels ..

I would prefer hildebrand back (or whatever his name was).
Anyway, I just hope it will stay above 1.2 for 3-4 months so I can get my swaps and close all the trades with minimum or no loss.

In the meanwhile I'll just open another account and trade EURUSD.

I prefer Hildebrand, and I hate Jordan.
Hildebrand has shown his capability during these years. Even I don't believe his wife did sth wrong. She just made $25000 profit of her trade which is nothing for sb who knew sht would happen in near future. If she knew sht was cooking she could earn millions.
