My take:
Sooner or later all the parties that have bought those safe haven francs will want or need their euros back. As the euro zone becomes more "stable" I believe that the chance of a steady rise from present levels become more and more a reality.
Until then we'll probably see that flatline hourly apart from the occasional hiccup. For me this pair bears watching, but don't look too often or you'll go nuts.
