No.. I'm fine with this. I'm selling in a supply zone after a strong momentum and a sudden rejection. Even if it goes further up from here, it's coming back anyway.

If it breaks 3130, then that's a different story. No problem for me taking a 20 pip loss if I decide to abort.

look at the bigger picture (H4 or Daily) and you'll see that it is normal swings. Nothing goes in a straight line. Sure it could do a complete reversal from here and head back up to 1750 but calling that would be very premature.

yeah Gold is a tricky one

As for shorting E/U, I think it may be done for the day... but then who knows?
I'm holding all my shorts for now and then I'll decide what to do later. I'm way in the green so I can afford to risk a few pips.

Hmmm... I can't lose much.... I'm only +110 for this month as of now... Failed to hold a couple of good trends from 3210 and 3170 because of emotion.... Else i would have got more green pips to float.

Price has strongly pierced through 4H bollinger middle. So staying in sidelines for now... May be, i'll try during JPY open....

European vehicle sales plunged in February driven by Peugeot Citroen, Fiat and Renault as region's consumers suspended large scale purchases amid economic uncertainty. February registrations dropped 9.2% on annual basis to 923,381 million cars, the fifth straight monthly drop. Deliveries in France tumbled 20% whereas sales in Italy plummeted 19%. BMW and Toyota forecast a 5% decline in Europe region for 2012.

After forming a descending wedge on a 1-hour chart, EUR/USD has rallied up to 1.3075. However, this bullish move is likely to be short-lived, since the pair is now facing a formidable resistance area at 1.3119/49, while most of the indicators reinforce this view. Daily Resistance: 1.3091; 1.3119/25; 1.3138/49. Daily Support: 1.3058; 1.3040; 1.2999/90. Daily Bias: Strongly bearish.

Hopefully we get enough action tomorrow for 1.30 to break - I doubt though. 1.30 is tough cookie to cross. It need some news or big player to kick some action before it crosses - currently there is nothing spectacular becoming.

Agreed. PA tells me we will at least take another shot at it tomorrow. Probably we will not break it but at least I feel very confident we are not looking at a major upward correction... at least not yet anyway.

I'm still holding my current shorts. I took profit on my 3050 and 3090 shorts this morning but opened a new one at 3110

I dropped my shorts already and I'm now bare naked
I'll wait and see where price goes and if tomorrow morning looks like price starts crawling down I'll kick a new one. Otherwise I'll let robots scalp. Robots homed 1.5% today for existing capital, so I'm not in rush with spots.
