because im factoring in NFP here... what i can see it doing is nfp spiking up then collapse all the way down to 5700 and touch 5660 before it consolidates there...

Yes, anything can happen at news and we have our opinions. I don't follow news anymore as it is all reflected in the charts anyway and I just see what each day has to offer. I understand the 5820 level, we can see that, but the bullish thrust and close above the 1 hr 55ema (my favourite ema) with a nice flat 200ema above puts the odds in a bullish favour in my opinion.

edit: don't keep thinking too many things. look at easy things, and market will answer.
there is no hoe will see a price or another.
there is no "think will go there or somewhere fukkin else"

price is on charts.
and charts is the only thing we have to trade.

if no read charts.....

Now i know its tough to know whats gona happen but im slightly bearish biased...

im not gona be proud even if i get this right...

for the first time in couple NFP releases, this is the first time NFP is expected to come in Lower than Previous...
If previous NFP has expectation higher than previous and higher than Expected pushes the EURUSD and GBPUSD up

i wonder what happens if vice versa...
Risk aversion will come in if NFP comes in worse than expected...

Besides im putting a bet here... with Canadian Unemployment rate falling down my 0.2% though insignificant.. it means jobs are moved away from US back to Canada...
however i wonder if 0.2% down in canadian unemployment would mean much...

I could be totally wrong here... if i am doesnt matter... ill just hold on my shorts and wade it out... since i got enough equity to do that...

forget trying to predict the future mate or trying to figure what the fundamental numbers are.. just trade the PA. as i see it, by comparing fiber and EG, this movement up is not significant.. if fiber stays the way it is, cable won't go up much.. imho..

by the way, we have our stop loss if anything went wrong, right? i doubt cable will go any further than 5830, but who knows and that is why i placed my stop loss just above 5830 which is at 5840.. just 10 pips above..

Funny, when I drew the TL, I had removed the 4hr 200ema from my chart (which was my original planned entry point hours ago). Just put it back on out of curiosity...

that's life mate, it it hits my SL, then tomorrow is still another day to trade.. never try to catch the price..

if it go beyond 5830, then the price/market indicate different thing.. perhaps the market are saying that my analysis is wrong.. atm, as long as the price don't go to that area, my analysis is valid.. my stoploss is the signal telling me that i am wrong..

for that, if you are saying that it will retest 5830, why not put a PO at 5830 and stop loss 5850? a 20 pips of risk.. personally, i don't think that it will go pass 5800, not to mention 5830 and that is why 5840 is my stoploss..

some said it will go up to 1.67,some say it will go down to 1.52. but why bother.no one open a trade and close it for a +1000 pips.

I've experienced similar situation during one of my NFP trades, with spike up and down. I am also bearish biased like you expecting a rally to 5660 because 5830 was too strong (I ended up watching it the whole night but it only breaks to 5833 once) but I have a feeling that something irregular might happen.

5750-5760 will be a minor support, if it breaks we have some nice space for it to run itself until we find another major support 5650. When it reaches 5650 I will look for move up, retracement, then considering LONG if it doesn't strong enough to break 5650.

thanks tsar... but i maybe making a fool of myself with this NFP... no friggin idea which direction its going.... i maybe holding shorts that'll keep my account dented for some time...
