Good Morning Guys..

It seems we are ready for floor.
Market Makers corroborated with big banks like UBS to break the floor.

SNB will watch as they know it will be after market and it will be bring back more higher this time

So banks and SNB both happy.. except retailers..

They are bunch of cheaters like Hiberland just did it for wife profit

UBS is long on EUR/CHF (They were short last september and loss 2 Billion USD)

MIG Bank wants to broke the peg.

As i wrote earlier retail trader is not important for SNB. I have 2 friends who have a meta broker company. They said 90% of retail brokers do not take your positions to the real market, even the ecn brokers.

So if you are long and win, your broker will pay you.

At this market the following is important:
- hedge funds
- big banks (swiss and US)
- SNB
- investment houses
- real money (big companies, peoples etc.)

Retails is nothing

All rumors.. nothing concrete except Price Action which is fact..

Agreed all are rumours but this rumours are useless...I thought buy on rumours and sell on news and this is not happening in EURCHF.

Last intervention was successfull, because it was unexpected.

Somebody said earlier, the intervention will come, when nobody expect it.

So if it is true, we will have an intervention soon.

Is it possible that SNB intervenes near the market close at the weekend when traders/speculators close their positions? or trigger the stop loss of those big buyers of CHF?

There is only less than 50 pips to challenge their bottom line, it is too risky the let the pair goes down further...

SNB will intervene but not now or at this level...we'll have to see 1.20 to know. Why do they intervene now, its still above 1.20 right? Until 1.20 is breached, then they will act.

Yes, they said to defend the 1.20 level, not 1.2030 or 1.2040. So no need to intervene right now.

But something has changed last days: After the Greece situation is solved, the EURO has rallyed. Everybody expect, that rally will go up EUR/CHF. But the Yen is weakening, so the only safe haven is the CHF. A very strong money flow go into the chf: look uds/chf aud/chf, chf/jpy gbp/chf etc.

CHF is the most stronger currencies today. And flow just started. So if the SNB want to change this flow, maybe will act above 1.2 level.

Or use the verbal internvention, if it is working:

- next thuesday Jordan speaking
- after that KOF data, employment, SVME PMI

After that CPI, after that week SNB meeting.

So i think there is little bigger posssibility to act these days/or much stronger verbal intervention.

I also guess SNB will not wait until the price reaches 1.2...They should retain some buffer above the 1.2 level for them to take action. It will be too risky to let the price touch the 1.2 level as that may trigger many unexpected reaction in the market.

For me, if people expects SNB to intervene at 1.2 but they get in unexpectedly in a higher level, they can give out a very strong signal to the market that don't ever think of challenging their bottom line. This can enhance their credibility...

Just my wild guess

Have a nice weekend,

Wallace

After all, isn't that what Central banking is all about? Credibility. Said it before and i'll say it again, these are easy pips.Risk management is the key and don't get greedy. I couldn't tell you how many times in the last couple of weeks i've banked 30+ pips. It always pays. The SNB WILL NOT let price go under 1.2, not yet anyway. Nothing lasts for ever ppl, enjoy it while you can.Have a wonderful weekend all.
Peace
Adam
