Gu is testing 1.5790..gd support is there. 1HR shows hammer indicating bullishness. will enter trade after the 1 hr candle close. for confirmation.

Hi, all
I have lost all interesting movements today (have overslept at night one of them, closed only 20 pips from 60 possible)
There was no time to watch the market
Now I see it is possible to try to open long
Took long (doubled lot) at 1.5780 with minimal SL (i will tighten my seat belt just in case)
Now it is necessary to keep brain cold and to turn off emotions

Cable is Currently trending inside the triangle vortex between the Downtrend Line on the Di=aily Chart and the Main Uptrend Line on the 4 Hours Chart.

Bearish Probability - if price breaks 1.579-1.576 area (confluence between Weekly Main Pivot, Monthly R1 Pivot, 30,50 and 100SMA cross) it could first reach 1.571(key-level, confluence between Weekly S1 Pivot and Uptrend Line) and then break 1.5635(200SMa) to reach 1.556(Strong confluence between Monthly Main Pivot and Weekly S2 Pivot) before a bullish retracement.

Bullish Probability - if the 1.579-1.576 area (confluence between Weekly Main Pivot, Monthly R1 Pivot, 30,50 and 100SMA cross) will hold as support, price could break the downtrend Line dinaic resistence to first reach 1.594-1.597 Area (strong confluence between Monthly r2 Pivot and Weekly R1 Pivot). From this level we should see a retracement back to the Downtrend Line before a continuation upside to 1.60(Weekly R2 Pivot Line).

Is this drop from 5878 a shake out of weak long positions following the recovery from 5643, or something more ?


4hr chart below shows the previous 4hr swiing hi zones (previous resistance [non immediate] ) that contain first the 50% fib of the recent 5643-5878 move (a - b) then the 61.8% of such.


Looking bearish on 1hr down so far today and intraday as a whole.


Uk Boe/Mpc minutes tomorrow.

The recent 5878 Hi was at the descending daily trend line connecting points a and b on Daily chart below, point b being the 5927 Hi.

Some follow thru then today off yesterday's daily t/f inverted hammer off that trend line.
